Headquartered in the USA, ResponzeTV PLC is a t-commerce company with principal operations in the USA and Hong Kong. T-commerce is the provision of business-to-business (B2B) services to facilitate direct-to-consumer retail platforms, and the use of television as a transaction platform to sell goods directly to consumers.

In the first quarter of 2007 it acquired Reliant International Media LLC, a Florida, USA based TV home shopping Company and then Famous Discoveries, also based in the USA. In November 2007, it acquired KHL Holdings, Inc, a USA based company owning the exclusive license to certain Kathy Hilton branded products.

The Company was formerly known as Pacific Media PLC but changed its name upon admission to AIM Market in December 2006. The Company ceased to be listed on AIM on 24 November, 2008.

Shareholders should be aware that share certificates titled with either Pacific Media PLC or ResponzeTV PLC are both valid.
